I like the Tempe renders because it's so different, Gila and surrounding are ok but fit the whole brown/red/blahfest that so many arizona malls look like.. at least in that part of town
This tempe plan fits a more modern/scottsdale/vegas type of look and much like most of the new stuff on tempe town lake.
