It doesn't imply that at all.

FWIW, there were zero incidents of hospitalization of COVID in the study for those with natural immunity + vaccine. And only about 15 cases, I believe. Out of thousands of subjects.

If we're talking about risk profile, of the options available to you today, doing nothing is shown to be the biggest risk you can take by the very study you're using to justify doing nothing.
