Among previously infected Kentucky residents, those who were not vaccinated were more than twice as likely to be reinfected compared with those with full vaccination. The best immunity is fully vaccinated + getting covid
Just getting covid while unvaccinated does not offer long term protection and you are at risk of reinfection.
