I love Step Brothers and The Other Guys.

My "comedy" friend and I watched both together for the first time and enjoyed each immensely.

Different movies, both a great time.

Step Brothers has a classic feel because its kind of its own thing, not much in terms of movies out there that shares its premise. The Other Guys plays on the buddy cop thing which has been done a million times. Does it brilliantly but its less distinguishable.

Not many comedies come close to the laugh count of SB. The Other Guys has some amazing gags that really elevate it though.
