I have another diabolical theory as why there is an overpayment for Gudbranson… pay him extra under the secret agreement he does whatever it takes to protect/avenge the star players… even if it means suspensions. If anyone slashes Gaudreau… a star player on the other team is getting attacked by Gudbranson whether they are willing combatants or not. If he gets 2-3 suspensions this year, that will be the conspiracy theory that I believe.
