I'm definitely trying to avoid the, "plastic crap that goes right into the garbage" problem.

I'm not allowed to do food items, because the organization doesn't have food allergy information for all attendees. But I'm thinking $5/$10 gift cards for Tim's might be good? Go get a box of timbits type idea.
