I voted to terminate Treliving. But he wasn’t as bad as either one of those guys let alone combined.
Treliving has made two big mistakes and Neal was one. He’s also had a general lack of success which is why I think he merits termination. I think he’s just a standard issue GM who has had a mix of bad decisions, good moves and bad luck. But results matter.

I still go with the theory that his biggest error was thinking he had a first line centre in Monahan or over time Bennett. He bet that this team was done rebuilding and sought to get support. Now, I thought the same as he did at the time. He made errors on Neal and Brower but those are secondary to thinking this team had the right top players before buying high on some defence and secondary scoring.
