Part of me thinks Lucic would be great, especially given the circumstances of the trade with the Oilers. We got a captain, they got a buyout. Legendary.
But also I’d worry that his okay could drop off more and we know the fans would be tough on him with that contract. Not sure if the Flames want to risk the team being captained by a guy who skills are regressing.
