I have checked Google Maps cycling options a few times and driven the roads and while some sections have separate bike paths, the others are either multi-lane freeways or single lane rough rural roads where cars behind you could not pass around you.

You might be able to do Nose Creek most of the way and then maybe 14th NE until HWY 566? 566 isn’t bad in that part. O don’t know about 14th.
