25 and already on the farm so doesn't need to pass through waivers. He's slotted for the 3rd line for the Flyers so should have a bounce-back season

Had 6 points in 15 games once joining the Sabres, Will have a much better opportunity for ice time in Buffalo than he did in Boston, which will help his development

Plays all 3 positions, 87 faceoffs and 84 defence just like Cizikas but Sissions is still a RFA. Can only play one as my 4th line center so the other can go
Wants: Looking to package him in a similar deal as Cizikas or just flat out sell for picks. Hell, I'll even package him together with Cizikas if a team needs to stack their fourth line.

D Marco Scandella 70OV, D Ian Cole 69OV
Want: ill package one of these D with a player above for a slight upgrade or a defenceman I like better

Interested in all options as long as I'm not taking on extra bodies
