I see no reason why the Sabres can't let Eichel have his surgery, once they've agreed on WHICH surgery he can have, and then let it sit. It doesn't cost them anything (right....LTIR / insurance?). Then make a deal when he's healthy and there are no questions.

Brisson can fume and fuss all he wants and that's all it is...hot air.
