Do people think we could do better than Dubois in a trade for Monahan?

The last thing the Flames need is another 3rd line LW. Dubois won't replace Gaudreau or Tkachuk. The Flames don't need to get thinner at C. And they don't need to trade a player who got more PPG while playing injured for a return who got fewer PPG while healthy. That's inexcusably poor asset management. And yes, the difference in points is significant, Monahan had 39% more PPG than Dubois. Yes, Monahan had 2 min ATOI more than Dubois (about 13% more), but as to the line, most people on this forum didn't consider the Monahan line the Flames' top line for the majority of the season, and considering that the line usually had a tweener scrub playing RW, I'd say that assessment was spot on.
