Put in all the best human economic models, statistical analysis methods, trend analysis techniques, and throw boatloads of data at it. Then have sentient AI extrapolate commonalities in economic adjustments and fill in the model gaps where needed to make all parallel techniques jive for long-term economic planning.
Humans are not capable of making the most macro-level economic decisions. We need large-scale processing power that takes every corner of economic activity into consideration.
