We’re looking for an HR professional with a strength in recruiting to help us build our developer bench strength. We need someone who can help us find, engage, hire, and onboard versatile technical people to meet the needs of our current and future clients. Candidates should be independent, strategically minded, and passionate about building exceptional teams .
Duties

  • Build an HR strategy and process including onboarding and retention strategies
  • Actively recruit best-fitcandidates based on changing needs
  • Be able to sell React0r’s vision to candidates
  • Find candidates outside the normal job boards and passive recruiting methods
  • Build a network of professionals to aid in React0r’s growth
Must have

  • At least 5 years of HR and recruiting experience
  • Obtained your CHRP certification
  • Experience in sourcing strategies and candidate presentations
  • Able to think strategically in terms of recruiting and HR strategies
  • Experience in technical recruiting
Good to have

  • Experience in the startup world
  • Great time management and a sense of urgency
  • Strong one on one and presentation skills
Personal skills

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Motivated to find creative paths to solve difficult problems
  • Open to new ideas and comfortable with criticisms
  • Proactive and self-motivated
