You should have received a certificate after your second shot that shows you are fully vaccinates. Take a picture of it and keep it on your phone.
Also you can access your immunization history through the AHS app called MyHealth Records. It takes a few minutes to set up but again shows the dates and types of shots received. It also allows you access to your whole medical history.
