I don't think that is governing 101, there are some obvious flaws in that logic (private business can't send dissidents to the Gulag, for example). I struggle with allowing the government to mandate something like this, even though I agree with the premise that everyone should be vaccinated. The fact is, mRNA vaccine technology is new, the long term effects are unknown and can't be known at this time. People have different risk tolerances and if I were to put myself in the shoes of someone who is hesitant to take this particular vaccine because they are unsure of the technology, I would definitely feel like my rights were being violated... I guess I don't see the argument as simply idiot anti-vaxxers on one side (trust me, I know there are plenty of those) vs. Righteous vaxxers on the other... lots of valid opinions out there.
