In short, no. PCR is more accurate, but results take longer. (3-7 days). I suppose the biggest issue with them would be a potential infection between testing and attendance.

AHS was delivering results in 24-48 hours in May, while administering ~17,000 tests per day. I'm no expert but I'm assuming these were PCR tests and would likely have similar turnaround times today.
