Can we include people who do adventure sports or have someone fill out a form at the hospital to determine if the cause of their injury was stupid and then determine whether they will be helped or not.
Tobacco and alcohol are taxed far beyond what it costs to treat the people with addiction and the health problems, obesity and accidents are a part of life that our high tax rates have taken care of for decades.

What we don't do is pay enough taxes to pay the healthcare system to take care of people with a highly infectious virus especially when it's now unnecessary due to a highly effective vaccine.
