Full Stack Developer - Web
We're looking for developers that have a grasp on all technological aspects of web development. We need people that are able to both build new and adapt existing solutions to meet the needs of current and future clients. Candidates should be independent, passionate, and have a strong background in software development best practices.
Duties
- Research tech stacks that best meet the needs of startups
- Design and implement web applications
- Review code from other team members
- Extensively test solutions
- Working within agile values
Must have
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Experience architecting, designing, and implementing software
- Adaptable software development best-practice principles
- Ability to organize and accomplish technology goals at a high level
Good to have
- Background in information security and privacy issues
- Experience with algorithms and software design
- Experience with full stack development
- Experience with remote work environments
Personal skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Motivated to learn new technologies and solutions
- Open to new ideas and comfortable with criticisms
- Proactive and self-motivated
