Android Developer - Platform
We're looking for developers that are interested in working on a secure mobile messaging platform tailored for cryptocurrency traders. Candidates should be independent, passionate, and have a strong background in all aspects of software development.
Duties
- Design and implement a suite of software built on existing FOSS projects
- Review code from other team members
- Extensively test solutions
- Work within agile values
- Lead and mentor team members
Must have
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Experience architecting, designing, and implementing software
- Adaptable software development best-practice principles
- Ability to organize and accomplish technology goals at a high level
Good to have
- Background in information security and privacy issues
- Experience with algorithms and software design
- Experience with full stack development
- Experience with remote work environments
- Some experience with cryptocurrencies
Personal skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Motivated to learn new technologies and solutions
- Open to new ideas and comfortable with criticisms
- Proactive and self-motivated
