Kansas City could make sense if Meruelo wants to keep the team, but can't get a favourable arena deal within Phoenix/Arizona.
Meruelo also tried to buy the Atlanta Hawks previously, and has some ties to the Atlanta area....Bring back the Thrashers!

Some people talk about Austin. It's a big market but no arena. And I don't see there being much appetite for public funding for one.
