Phoenix 11 or 12. I would love to know what Coyotes TV ratings are, I assume they’re abysmal.
Didn’t the guy just buy the Coyotes? Is he really going to want to sell so quickly vs. scrounge around for plan B. I’m not exactly privy to Tillman Fertitta’s bank account but I don’t believe he’s in a good position to fork out $500+ million for a team right now. Hospitality business struggling and while he paid over a billion for the Rockets, he hasn’t seen the return on that investment and it may have extended him a little.
Glendale probably knows they have a strong bargaining position right now. And the BATNA of team leaving likely doesn’t bother them a bit.
