I'm not sure TV market matters as much to the league right now as it used to, considering they just signed new deals.

Houston >= Phoenix from a tv standpoint (both are just kinda irrelevant nationally...), and it's actually better for a central division alignment (KC would be good, too).

Toronto2/Hamilton could be the real cash cow for the league though. Would CBJ really be that upset to move back to the CEN? Even if PIT/WAS fall off, the other 5 teams could be tough for years to come. COL is the only great team in the central...
