Although times have been tough in the hospitality business so maybe he’d strike a deal with a tenant, but I’d be surprised. The previous owner of the Rockets, Les Alexander, kicked the Aeros out of the arena. Without a certain amount of lease payment, makes no sense to give up prime dates to one tenant.

New owner in Houston. Rumour saith he may be interested in an NHL franchise. But as Strange Brew says, he'd want to own it.
