personally, i'd consider breakeven to be how many rounds would i need to play to make my cost about the smae if i was paying as i go or paying in a lump sum.
i could see golfing more if i had a pass as there would not be the perceived barrier of paying for it everytime i show up at the course. especially during the july when the days are longer.
