What are these transactions you're talking about? In both of the last two seasons the most significant move Treliving has made between the first week of free agency and the start of the season was re-signing Michael Stone to 1 year deals to be the 7th/8th defenseman. In 2018 he didn't even do anything that significant that I can remember. In 2017 he signed Jagr a few games into the season.
Did I miss something?
