Default Antivirus for seniors who can't be trusted.

Does anybody have any suggestions for an antivirus setup for a senior who can't be trusted? Haha.

I don't use antivirus, just free malwarebytes and the built in windows one. Every one in our house is good at not clicking shady stuff, so we haven't had issues.

I'm just cleaning up a bloated computer with expired Norton for a senior that basically uses email, has some pictures and logs into banking and maybe plays some computer card games and stuff. But apparently can't be trusted to not click on shady links.

Cost isn't really a problem,it just needs to be hands off.
