I wouldn’t be entirely opposed to this, as for years many have wanted to see the roster with a real quality coach
The loss of Gio and Brodie changes the back end mobility which is of concern, but the pieces up front are still largely the same and if there is structure which makes it easier for the D, hopefully that can be largely overcome by committee
