You can't understand how people have different sleeping habits and rhythms than you do?
Ever heard of jet lag? I don't feel as bad changing the clocks as I do traveling time zones away but it's noticeable enough I'd rather not go through it if I had the choice. I drive for a living and any loss of sleep can affect my ability to do my job safely.
It's not a huge mountain but definitely not a molehill.
