He really doesn't. So far I've only seen two concrete examples cited. One in respect of coach hiring and another just now in respect of medical treatment. If someone can cite an example of him saying "it's a process" in respect of building a team, please do so.
ETA: I found this, which still doesn't fit the bill IMO, because he's talking about game readiness:
“Our focus needs to be in being hungry in a lot of areas, in our preparation, in our process, and then we’ll get the result we want. But overall through 16 [games], we’re inconsistent and it’s just not good enough yet.”
What I don't see is something he talks about called "The Process".
