People say the fans "settle for mediocre hockey" but what does that mean? What choice do fans have?
Flames fans are guilty of being loyal I suppose but I don't think many fans are actually happy with the last 30 years of failure.
The owners yes.
The city? Not on them.
For me BT's future hinges on how the contracts with Tkachuk and Gaudreau play out. I figured something would have happened with the top forward group by now, but willing to give him the full off-season before evaluating.
