If the choice is to have a job or not have a job by being vaccinated. I'm getting the vaccination. No way around it IMO.
If it.means I can freely travel abroad to see and experience things I may never see or experience without a vaccination (which BTW has been a long standing practice well before covid) , I'm getting the vaccination.
Anyone is free to choose if they get vaccinated or not. Just as employers are free to choose to not hire someone not meeting requirements of employment. Or a country is free to deny entry to anyone who could harm their population.
Resist if you want. Life is short and there's bigger fish to fry.
