Gotta say, thought it was beyond dumb for Derek X to share his plan with (ugh, forget her name) in the kitchen before naming a replacement but worked out surprisingly well. You have to hand it to that guy, he took his shot and landed it.

And everyone in shock/disgust over Sarah Beth taking the cash over the veto....what's the problem? The other nominee was still in the game and was absolutley going to take it from her.
