Herd immunity is no longer possible with the current vaccines, because of Delta being the primary strain. There is still a reliance on people being smart about their interactions. Not shutting things down, just being smart.
Isolate yourself, or get tested if you have symptoms. Mask up and distance for two weeks if you are a close contact, even if you don't have symptoms.
I don't know if I trust people to be smart about anything.
