Except when all of the states/provs with those teams implement the same changes it will be mute. so mute you won't hear anyone complaining.
A few jurisdictions (incl BC) have already passed legislation saying "we'll do it when x y and z do it". We should do the same until there is the necessary critical mass.

Just my personal opinion, but people sure do make changing the clock back or forward an hour twice a year such a huge mountain out of a small molehill. How do you guys ever travel properly outside your time zone? A trip to Vancouver or Toronto must be a nightmare for some if all it takes to ruin one's day is sleeping earlier or later by one hour.
