Weakening the centre ice position that is already weak seems like an unwise decision for this team.
If they acquire Eichel in a deal that sends out Tkachuk, and then send Monahan out for Tarasenko + (and I think the + would have to be decent), then fine.
…also, where in the blue blazes is the Jack Eichel trade?!?!
