Not just a Will, but she should do a Personal Directive, and possibly Power of Attorney too (if she does not already have these).
Usually, I would not suggest naming a lawyer as a Executor. Better to appoint someone she knows personally, and trusts with financial matters (relative or good friend). Appoint an alternate too. The named Executor can get assistance from accountants, lawyers etc. If no one like that is available, I would suggest appointing a Trust Company.
