I've debated getting fit for clubs and I'm completely sure that I've talked about it here. Isn't there some value in getting fit, in the sense that if I have a consistent swing with a consistent "error" that they can basically adapt the clubs to help deal with that these days? I don't know if I'm phrasing that quite right, but other people I know have had clubs fit and it's made a significant difference for them. Other guys I know basically bought a set of clubs off the shelf, and they've also had significant differences...so I have no idea anymore!
