Yeah that isn't a big deal to me either. Just ignore them if you don't want to sell it for that price.
The "what's your lowest price" thing should just be met with a final offer. It can just be your asking price if you want. But they'll either take it or leave it, so just give them a number you'll be happy with and the worst case scenario is you're no worse off.
