I think it’s possible some decision-makers may have implicit biases about race within the Calgary Flames organization.
And if that’s true, I think those implicit biases would naturally affect organizational decision-making, even if they affect decisions about different players differently.
Anyways, I’ve dug myself into a huge hole. This is the last thing I’m going to say about this because I don’t want to dig any deeper.
