I don't get the love fest for Kylington on here by some. He has had some very different coaches here and they have all came to the same conclusion with this guy. But somehow, some people sitting on their couch can assess the situation and come to the conclusion that there is some big bias against this guy that gets passed on from fired coach to fired coach. This is my guess as well.
Most people dont understand how much emphasis coaches put on practice habits and execution there within. Its very literally how most determine who plays night in and night out nd why some guys seem to get a pass when struggling in games vs others who dont.
With 4 different bosses to impress enough to get their attention and with a skillset that all hockey guys want on their clubs, he has failed to do so. To the outsider it looks like some sort of "unfair" treatment but in reality its very much probable the guy isnt doing what is asked during practice.
