I guess I am the only one who has ever heard the term - "Hostile Working Enviroment" - I am quite sure a planned event that happened over several weeks if not months that also had a managers approval would be considered hostile to someone who again
WANTED or needed to have a reason to quit.
Again, I am not a lawyer so I am probably misusing the word libel.
