It sounds like there's less than 200 rooms in the entire place and there won't necessarily be "departures" available every day.
Disney's Cruise Line has 4 ships -- 2 with 875 rooms and 2 with 1250 rooms, and 3 more with 1250 rooms on order, and those things seem to full all the time (pre-COVID). So, they only really need less than a quarter the number of "passengers" as one of the smaller DCL ships for each "trip" to fill it up.
It looks really fun, but it's definitely out of my price range.
