Isn’t the point of drawings like this to iterate, and improve as many aspects of the project as possible before construction starts?

I’ve always learned that if you have concerns or issues you dislike about a project frame and then communicate them in a legitimate way that directly and explicitly communicates the deficiencies or improvements you’re looking to convey. If need be, reference language about the project or in the plans that are guiding it.

Don’t speak abstractly about how it’s bland or ugly or boring. Directly communicate the specifics of how/where/when/why you feel this way in order to better the process.

When I look at this I think of how Nenshi’s mandate was, public money <-> public benefit. I don’t see it yet, but that’s the point I guess. Improve it!

To me it seems like they’ve botched the engagement on this by dropping images that leave more questions than answers about how this is the centerpiece of an entertainment district.
