Well no, they don’t lol. What they need is mechanical access and delivery access and things like that, which traditionally we stick in the back and out of sight, but then we end up with crappy public spaces like dark alleys and streets with no eyes on them. there are more creative solutions than that these days tho, like mixing in retail and commercial spaces so that there is activity all around a building.
In my opinion, the entire arena is the focal point and there is no reason they couldn’t have spread the love to all 4 sides.
