Guy describes transactional relationship between older rich dude and young attractive woman, both of whom are consenting adults that understand the nature of the relationship.

Guy applies derogatory term, and the stigma related to that term, to just one party of the relationship, the woman.

Guy makes no comment on the responsibility of the other party in the relationship, the man, or their, presumably less than purely romantic, intentions.

Guy wonders why it might be considered misogynistic.
