Only flip once. Turn at a 45 deg angle for proper grill marks. Never, ever poke holes in it. Let it rest for 5 mins when it's off the grill.

To check how a steak is cooking;

Touch your index finger to you thumb (Don't flex or squeeze) and poke the fleshy part of your palm just below your thumb. This is how a rare steak feels.

Middle finger to thumb is medium.

Ring finger is well.

If anyone knows how to make those Keg oinion fritter things.......
