Ahh there was a misunderstanding here. I didn't mean to say the LH players couldn't play their off wing at all. I was meaning to say that Tkachuk playing his off wing, as well as our current RW players, all either lacked the skill (Mangi, Dube, Coleman, Ritchie) to play top line minutes or they would have to play out of their position (Tkachuk).
Tkachuk easily has the skill to be a top line winger, but we've seem how hard it can be for a winger to switch sides (Iginla circa Penguins).
