People keep saying that it has to be all prospects, but both the Vegas and NY leaks included players. And Buffalo is a LONG way from the floor - they need some salaries on the team.
If a trade included roster players, my preference list would be:
1) Lucic (highly unlikely)
2) Backlund (unlikely)
3) Monahan (both because Eichel fills a C spot)
4) Tkachuk (strictly due to potential contract cost)
5) Dube (don't like the idea, but he is replaceable)
