[The Familia]

Still early, but based on what I see so far this is a huge letdown. Compared to the architecturally creative Saddledome, this looks like an Amazon warehouse. The early artistic renderings blow this trash out of the water. This design has zero creativity amd is uninspired, lazy, dark, bland, uninviting, sterile, etc. It looks cheap and doesn’t match the architectural quality and uniqueness of the library, BMO Center, and Studio Bell that surround it. What should have been the ultimate Center piece, it looks like a cheap after thought. I know the renderings need to be refined and changes will occur, but if the Flames botch this (since they have control now) it will just be another reason to abandons this ####ty franchise. Sounds dramatic, but this team hasn’t given me a single reason to believe in them since 2004. So disappointed with what has been presented so far.
